put together with care. We hope you feel that the moment your package arrives. Conscious shopping starts before the purchase, but we understand that something it turns out differently than expected. That is why returning is possible.

We deliberately keep our return
windows short, so we can make someone else happy with it.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. We do everything we can to meet this. During public holidays or in circumstances beyond our control, delivery may take longer. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible and do our utmost to deliver your order at the earliest opportunity.

Orders containing a pre-order item will be shipped in full once the pre-order item becomes available. For earlier delivery of other items, we recommend placing a separate order.

Returns

Returns are registered via our
returns portal: https://www-maison-dion-com.myparcel.me/returns/create

Return window

You register your return within 14 days of receipt via the returns portal. After registering, you have a further 14 days to send the item back. This applies to all items, including sale items. A return that is not registered within 14 days of receipt cannot be accepted.

Return conditions

Items must be returned unworn and undamaged, with labels and original packaging intact.

Costs

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense and are equal to the shipping costs. As a guide, this corresponds to the per-country shipping rates listed above. The exact amount for your order is calculated automatically and shown in the returns portal before you confirm your return. You pay this directly when creating the return label.

Important

Returns are dispatched at the customer's own risk. We recommend using sturdy packaging and shipping with track & trace. Please retain proof of postage until the return has been processed. In the event of non-collection of a parcel, €8,95 will be charged for return processing.

Processing

Returns are processed within 14
working days of receipt. We kindly request that this period is observed before contacting us regarding return status. Upon processing, an automatic confirmation will be sent by email. The refund may take a few additional working days depending on the payment method.
